Shipping for Other International Orders

By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

• All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders
• Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be processed the following day Monday to Friday.
• International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country. 
• Please note international customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases. 

The following countries have slightly higher rates due to accessibility. All prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD and exclude customs fees.

*Bahrain, Cook Islands, Gibraltar,  Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Nauru, Niue, New Caledonia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Kiribati, South Africa, Tahiti

• $40 (AUD) FOR ORDERS UNDER $150 (AUD)
• $60 (AUD) FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $150 - $300 (AUD)
• $80 (AUD) FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $300 - $600 (AUD)
• ALL PRICES EXCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES
• Please note we currently have a cap of $600 (AUD) for all orders to these destinations 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES & TAXES

All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost, unless otherwise stated below. These charges vary depending on your country and state. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Billy J is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties incurred during the shipping process, except as outlined below:

UK Customers:

• Orders under £135: Taxes are payable at checkout.
• Orders over £135: Taxes and duties are payable at checkout.
• No additional payments are required when your parcel arrives.

New Zealand Customers:

• All duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price.
• No customs charges on delivery.

USA Customers:

• All duties, taxes and/or tariff fees are calculated at checkout. 
• No additional fees upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Refusal of payment of customs or duty fees, may result in your parcel being returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities.

• Any costs incurred due to unpaid fees (including return shipping fees) will be deducted from your store credit.
• If your parcel is destroyed due to non-payment, we will not be able to offer compensation or a refund.

Please ensure you are aware of and willing to pay any applicable customs or duty charges to avoid these outcomes.
