Shipping for Other International Orders

By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

• All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders
• Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be processed the following day Monday to Friday.
• International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country. 
• Please note international customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases. 

The following countries have slightly higher rates due to accessibility. All prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD and exclude customs fees.

• $40 (AUD) FOR ORDERS UNDER $150 (AUD)
• $60 (AUD) FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $150 - $300 (AUD)
• $80 (AUD) FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $300 - $600 (AUD)
• ALL PRICES EXCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES
• Please note we currently have a cap of $600 (AUD) for all orders to these destinations 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES & TAXES

All taxes and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Billy J is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.

Please note: UK Customers taxes are paid for orders under 135 GBP, and taxes and duties are paid for orders over 135 GBP. UK customers will not need to pay the above at customs when their parcel arrives; the above fees are included at checkout.

NZ Customers will not need to pay anything to customs when their parcel arrives, as this fee is included at checkout.
