Shipping for USA Orders

By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders
  • Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be processed the following day Monday to Friday.
  • International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country. 
  • Please note international customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases.

  • 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS STANDARD DELIVERY ($15 USD)
  • 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS EXPRESS ($25 USD)
  • FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $250 (USD)
  • ALL PRICES EXCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES
  • Please note we currently have a cap of $800 (USD) for all orders to the USA
