How and When Will My Return be Processed?


Please note: All purchases made during our Mid Year Sale are eligible for store credit only if returned due to a change of mind reasoning, this includes our bridal collection. All items from our A/W collection are also non-refundable, however can be returned for a store credit.

Items marked as "Final Sale" remain subject to our standard Final Sale policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Upon receipt of the item/s, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and you will receive notification via email of your preferred outcome (excluding original shipping cost and discounts). 


We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. We cannot process returns until your item(s) have physically reached our returns department. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number, as we will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Purchases made using AFTERPAY or ZIP PAY follow the same return conditions. If you have selected a Gift Card, this will be issued upon receiving your items and you will continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay or Zip Pay. Your Billy J credit will be available to be used immediately. We cannot cancel Afterpay or Zip Pay payments if you choose to send back your order.
